In the Post-Kyoto era,Voluntary carbon market has become the development trend.Analyzeing the factors and countermeasure affecting the domestic enterprises to participate in the carbon trading market and how to drice is tu be solced.Enterprises are involved in the main carbon trading.Based on analyzing the basic theory of business carbon trading, this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprises to participate in carbon trading in the Post-Kyoto era.It summarizes the current status of corporate carbon trading from twu ways in the CDM projects and domestic carbon trading pilot.Further using the principal-agent model and Principal Component Analysis Model to explore the main factors affecting enterprises to participate in carbon trading In the perspective of government incentives and enterprise.Finally, according to the factors listed earlier corporate carbon trading,gicing the revelant advices in the perspective of government and enterprise in order to provide decision supporting for the relevant departments and promote healthy and sustainable development of the carbon market.
