Under the background of increasing global warming,Many countries began to focus on greenhouse gas emissions,And efforts to solve the increasingly serious environmental problems through the market mechanism.In the first phase of the agreement the "Kyoto Protocol", Annex I countries as mandatory emission reduction countries select the carbon trading mechanism as a way to reduce carbon emissions.The first phase of the "Kyoto Protocol" as the legal protection of carbon emissions trading has ended at the end of 2012,The number of Chinese enterprises to participate in international carbon trading becomes less. Seven pilot carbon trading has been set up since 2013,Our unified carbon market is also expected to be implemented in 2017.So our enterprises currently participated in carbon trading mainly in domestic carbon trading pilot. In the Post-Kyoto era,Voluntary carbon market has become the development trend.Analyzeing the factors and countermeasure affecting the domestic enterprises to participate in the carbon trading market and how to drice is tu be solced.Enterprises are involved in the main carbon trading.Based on analyzing the basic theory of business carbon trading, this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprises to participate in carbon trading in the Post-Kyoto era.It summarizes the current status of corporate carbon trading from twu ways in the CDM projects and domestic carbon trading pilot.Further using the principal-agent model and Principal Component Analysis Model to explore the main factors affecting enterprises to participate in carbon trading In the perspective of government incentives and enterprise.Finally, according to the factors listed earlier corporate carbon trading,gicing the revelant advices in the perspective of government and enterprise in order to provide decision supporting for the relevant departments and promote healthy and sustainable development of the carbon market.
