Study On The Management Strategy Of Non - Commercial Commercial Resources In Capital Airport

Airport business is divided into aeronautical and non-aeronautical business operations.Aeronautical business is to provide the public transport service establishments,and it is the basis of the existence of the airport. Non-aeronautical business is an important feature of the airport as a business. Thus airport has public property and incomeproperty. For small airports, aviation income is the main source of income, and for larger airports, non-aeronautical revenues are the main revenue target. Beijing Capital International Airport as a major airport, aeronautical business development has been more mature andIts earnings have stabilized. The importance of non-aeronautical revenue for the airport operational efficiency has become increasingly prominent. Compared with mature international airport non-aviation income ratio of 60%. Beijing Capital Airport non-aviation business revenue of nearly three years to maintain the 40% level, but Beijing Capital Airport passenger throughput of more than 80 million in one year. This indicates there is a big gap between the operator of the domestic airport non-aviation business resources and mature international airport.Combined with strategic goals, public property and income property, this paper studies thenon-aviation business resources business conditionsofBeijing Capital Airport. Through SWOT analysis, data analysis and case analysis, propose overall business strategies of Capital Airport non-aviation business resourcesand specific business strategies of flight area, terminal area, and public area. Finally, in order to implement business strategies, this paper also make relevant recommendations of the internal management of the company.
