At present,the generation after 90 s is the may body of the college market,they are the generation who grow up with the Internet, so their known and reliance of the Internet, acceptance of new ideas and later the guiding role of the social consumption structure and direction are indicating the important position they have in China’s telecom industry. L city as the capital of H province has 49 ordinary universities, 64 campuses and more than 400,000 students according to relevant information, so the college market in L city is very important to the whole market of China Telecom H Branch. Then in a telecom market pattern like the three legs of a tripod,China Telecom H Branch how to seize the market?The article mainly analyzes the marketing situation and the environment in and out China Telecom H Branch under the guidance of the theories that introduced in the first part which are relevant to the marketing. Then at the end of the article is about the strategies and proposed measures to China Telecom H Branch which are proposed on the basis of the analyses above.
