Research On Financial Risk Prevention And Control Of Internet Listed Companies In China

Nearly ten years, the development of Internet economy in our country is very fast.A large number of Internet companies emerged,and in this piece of discovered field competed with each other. But now the use of Internet economy is not only by computer, large numbers of people has passed lot of times in using the mobile internet. The enrichment of the Internet industry and the emerging Internet enterprise continuously to join, and the traditional enterprise’s beginning to use the Internet, all of this, will make a significant impact to the Internet economy. In another side, rapid changes in the external environment will also brought new challenges to the prevention and control of financial risk.In this paper, Firstly, we have summarized the existing research on the financial risk prevention and control, and clearly the concepts of financial risk and meanly theories. Then pointed out that the rapid development of technology, high-speed upgrading of industrial, highly similar products in the Internet industry, the changes in the capital structure, all of them has influenced the prevention and control of financial risk of Internet industry. Basis on that, we constructed the Internet enterprise financial risk evaluation models, by using SPSS system. Using the description, correlation and regression analytical method to obtain the answers. Finally, from EVA, Tobin Q value, shares three aspects elaborated the enlightenment of financial risk prevention and control for internet industry. Optimize the capital structure of enterprises, enhance their core competitiveness, get the ability to ensure the financing of enterprises, prudent investment project, security companies operating capacity, and promoted enterprise into maturity is the way to help the business keep far away from financial risk. At least we analyzed the intrinsic relationship between enlightenment. According to the enlightenment of financial risk, we reveals the internal relations in the field of capital, pointed out that in different development stage the enterprise should be how to avoid financial risk.
