A Study On The Information Promotion Of Sino - Russian Industrial Cooperation

This paper apply the methods of combining theory and reality as to the research of industrial cooperation due to informationalized propulsion, clarifying the necessity 、 inevitability and the direction of informationalized pattern of informatioanalized propulsion between China and Russia.This paper believes informatization promoting industry upgrade is by some pathway and level,and the result of empirical analysis proves that the upgrading of industrial construction have a tight connection with informatioanalized propulsion,which will deepen and promote industrial cooperation between China and Russia.By contrasting industrial cooperation of traditional pattern and infromationalized pattern between China and Russia, predict the future direction of industrial cooperation between China and Russia leading by infromationalized pattern.This paper believes that there exist some influencing factors during the progress of informatioanalized propulsion,and some factors take pulling effect,some obstructive.Based on the related factors,this paper refers four suggestions on the industrial cooperation due to informationalized propulsion between China and Russia, and refering the new pattern in the future cooperation.
