In product and process validation stages, organizing mass production in advance, get customer approval, clear field service responsibility department, In the mass production stage, to strengthen the product summary report, and make evaluation of the performance of the product team. Finally the DB continues to build the safeguards to execute product R&D process improvement, obtain leaders support, personal training and publicity, to have more communication and exchanges, to give the necessary incentives, curing operation of the process.
