| As the fast development of science and technology,the automobile industry is developing rapidly in the manufacture.While China plays an important role in the automobile industry.The rapidly development of China’s automobile industry is inseparable from every automobile manufacturing industry supplier chain.The increasing requirements making auto parts supplier competition become fiercer.In the fierce competition,the quality of the product is the core competition.The APQP also become a necessary tool during product development stage.As a result of the automobile industry mandatory implementation of TS16949 standards,making the TS standard gradually popularized in China.Advanced product quality planning APQP are gradually used by automotive industry suppliers.APQP is in order to satisfied the product,project or contract,before the launch of new products,to ensure that the production of a specific product or series by a structured process provide satisfaction products or services.This thesis aims to through M product development planning process as the research object in S company M products produced for world-class OEM auto exterior trim.Combining FMEA potential failure mode analysis of product design and development stage control,combining MSA measurement system analysis method,carries on the control to the stability of the measuring system,combined with the SPC control of manufacturing process of the process capability;combined with PPAP production part approval procedures and quality management tools and analysis.The products from the process design and development,experimental test production,delivery processes control using the APQP related tools.So that achieve the ultimate goal of reduce the enterprise production costs and improves the products quality. |
