This article is targeted for the long-term training program for maintenance personnel in a power enterprise named A Power Company. I chose this topic because compared with other companies, power companies have an unique feature. Only when they develop a feasible, efficient training program, can power enterprises cultivate qualified technicians of maintenance. At the same time I believe that the purpose of this article is not only this, but also focusing on the establishment of an effective training plan to optimize the management of enterprises and the improvement of corporations’ management structures. And this is consistent with the interests of the enterprises’ long-term development. On one hand, a maintenance personnel training program will make employees of A Power Company self-respected, then they may have a strong sense of identity. On the other hand, in this way, the company may improve its overall level of the labor force and the quality of each worker. This is actually a win-win result. So I believe that the topic has a practical significance for the normal operation of power enterprises, the sustainable economic development and the personnel training.This thesis is chiefly divided into the following five parts and written in seven chapters. The first part mainly introduces the overall environment and the current problems that A Power Company’s maintenance personnel training process. The second part of the research pointed out the methods used, laying a good foundation for finding and solving problems later on. The third part is to analyses the basic condition of A Power Company, and point out training problems specifically, aiming to design a training program later. The fourth part is about the specific long-term training program for the maintenance personnel. The fifth part is based on the summary of the whole text, points out the omissions and makes relevant prospects. |
