"It takes a long time to training talents,far more difficult than cultivating trees".Talent is the foundation for enterprises to occupy the invincible position in today’s fierce domestic and foreign market. In the face of adverse competition situation, more and more enterprise senior leaders have realized that human resources is the most critical factors affecting enterprise performance. Power construction firm Y is an old state-owned enterprise with over half a century history, under the new market competition, in order to maintain and increase its competitive advantage, Y company conducted a series of positive reforms, but there have been many problems in the process of enterprise reform. In recent years, problems such as how to cultivate and inspire good employees and how to prevent the drain of key administrative and technological staffs have been bothering power construction enterprises all the time, training is the important means of training talents for enterprises, how to enable human resources to meet the needs of enterprise strategic development through enterprise staff training, and enable the human resources to play the role of the core competitiveness of enterprises, this problem is drawing more and more attention and thought of leaders at all levels in the power construction firm Y.This paper takes the power construction enterprise---the middle management and backbone technical personnel in Y company as a sample, adopts the method of combining theory and practice and does exploratory research from two aspects including the middle management and technical personnel backbone on the basis of discussing the current situation of training system of Y company. The research in this paper uses methods of questionnaire survey, interview and consulting a lot of data and information to collect materials, carries out data analysis on the collected materials and summarizes them to find out the training needs of employees. By combining the realistic characteristics of power construction enterprises, with the purpose of mining and training talents, improving the good staff’s enthusiasm and sense of belonging.this paper optimized the training system, enhanced training for the implementation of the management process, and proposed a number of supporting measures for training system, such as:The enterprises should improve the scientific training system; increase capital investment of the education and training; improve employee occupation career planning; create a good communication relationship etc., and promote the enterprise training system can satisfy and need of enterprise development strategy and the outstanding talented person’s occupation career development.In this paper, a bold attempt was conducted. Under the guidance of the scientific theory of corporate training, through exploring and analyzing training system of power construction firm Y, we find a reasonable and effective training system, expecting to help company Y to optimize training system and realize all aspects of promotion to the company’s training system, and make corporate training work more scientific, reasonable and satisfactory. This paper also provides some reference value to the actual staff training and similar enterprises of China’s electric power construction.
