With the social and economic development,the construction of large-scale logistics park is the trend of the logistics industry.Huangdao District,as the key development area of Qingdao,has a very unique geographical and economic advantages.Huangdao Railway Station is one of the largest loading stations in the country with very developed railway transportation.Qianwan Port in Huangdao is the seventh largest port in the world and the longest two expressways in China,Shenhai Expressway and Qinglan Expressway,converge here.Huangdao District is also an important national production base of petrochemical,pharmaceutical production and building materials.The leading industries of Huangdao include petrochemicals,fine chemicals,pharmaceuticals,building materials,new materials,etc.All these determine that Huangdao has a good economic base and industrial conditions.At present,the main problems existing in the status quo of the logistics in Huangdao District lie in the fact that the logistics enterprises are "small,scattered and weak",and the degree of informatization of logistics development is not enough.Based on the logistics problems in Huangdao District and various advantages of the construction of logistics park,I believe that it is quite necessary and feasible to establish the logistics park in Huangdao District.This paper analyzes the environment and the necessity of the construction of Huangdao District Logistics Park,conducting a preliminary screening for the Huangdao District Railway Logistics Park site selection based on the cost minimization,center and other location theory.This paper also use multi-level Fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate a number of alternative addresses,and ultimately determine the Huangdao Railway Station as the center of the railway logistics park location plan.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the site selection plan,this paper puts forward the safeguard suggestions and measures from the following three aspects: optimizing financing,bringing in talents and providing policy guarantee.The research in this paper can not only promote the construction of Huangdao District Railway Logistics Park,but also improve the service level of logistics industry in Huangdao District.Meanwhile,the construction of railway logistics park helps to bring the railway transport capacity into full play and increase the benefit of ZTJN Group Co.,Ltd.The Huangdao District railway logistics park location plan and implementation guarantee measures determined in this paper can not only provide reference for the construction of railway logistics park in Huangdao District,but also provide reference for the construction of railway logistics park in other regions.
