With the rapid growth of China’s Internet industry in the last two decades, internet giants emerge as Baidu, Alibaba and Tencent, which represent the consumer Internet reaches peak. We use Wechat, Uber and the Dianping in our daily lives, which means "Internet+" is to transform the way of living rapidly. With Fintech and Internet technology keeping innovating, digital assets become more and more popular. Its type and volume is constantly pushed to new highs. However, the Internet oligarch monopoly in their respective fields of industry chain information flow, logistics and even cash flow, with the center of the scale advantages obtained monopoly profits. While the Internet is open, but in their ecological circle, no mutual trust between the oligarchs leads to no interoperation. A large number of consumer digital assets scatter in various systems, which cannot flow or be effective used. With the development of blockchain technology, it develop a solution based on the consensus mechanism to solve the problem of mutual trust between systems. With the increasing consumer demand for digital asset management and distribution, who can do a good job managing digital assets, so that the flow of digital assets circulates.As the start-up company using blockchain technology, A company, based on the understanding of the enterprise-level needs and financial trading systems to the center of the transition to grasp the trend, combined with the blockchain, cloud computing, supply chain finance concepts and applications to support the latest technology, develops enterprise wallet system independent to achieve unity between the "cash flow" and "information flow". However, with the development of company, A company’s problem on business positioning, business models and marketing tactics constantly expose, becoming a stumbling block to hinder its development and growth.This article will use SWOT analysis, GE matrix theory knowledge, business models, marketing strategies combination, according to the situation of China’s digital assets and the current development of the block chain, taking A company for example, to study its business model and marketing strategy. After briefly describes the background and significance of the topic and other issues, the core concepts, the company’s strategic analysis, business model, marketing and other related theories are introduced. By the actual analysis of the external environment and internal strengths and weaknesses of the company, under the guidance of the basic theory of the development strategy, the company is looking for a viable business strategy. Then by combining business model design theory, based on value proposition, the profit model, a shared economic digital asset distribution platform business model is proposed. Finally, from the target market selection, market segmentation, market positioning, and other aspects of the marketing strategy combination, a marketing strategy for A company is proposed.Due to the same problems mentioned above faced by A company and the other Internet start-ups, A company’s business positioning, business model design and marketing tactics combination research results can provide reference and inspiration for other companies.
