In recent years, with the intensification of market competition, supply chain innovation is critical for enterprises to maintain its leading position in the industry, and supply chain partners are becoming direction of the future innovation and leading innovation. In this context, the breadth and depth of cooperation between enterprises in supply chain is further expansion, many companies have even gone beyond the traditional intra-industry and intra-regional cooperation and innovation, and forming the ever-expanding supply chain innovation networks. In this case, the the convergence of corporate strategy, technology and market is very low, while greatly increasing heterogeneity, both business relations, features of cognitive and structure embedded are not obvious. In addition, the companies of supply chain innovation network need to rely on the coupling of its network to obtain, learning, integration network resources, adapt to the increasingly competitive environment. So whether these would impact on the supply chain innovation network performance? It is critical to solve these problems to enhance supply chain innovation network performance. Therefore, this article focuses on the relationship among the heterogeneity of members,coupling relationship and supply chain innovation performance, so as to provide policy recommendations to improve the performance of supply chain innovation network.Firstly, this article sorts out relevant literature of heterogeneity of the members, network coupling and supply chain network innovation performance,then the structure and features of supply chain innovation network, and analyzes the coupling mechanism of the innovation network based on the theory of Self-organizing, Biological Coupling Bionics theory, and Synergetics construct a model of heterogeneity of members, network coupling and supply chain innovation network performance. Finally, validate the model assumptions by empirical research,and come to the following findings:(1) The three dimensions of the heterogeneity of members:resource heterogeneity, capacity heterogeneity and ecological niche heterogeneity and supply chain innovation are positively correlated;(2) The four dimensions of the coupling of network:self-organizing and adaptive, coupled and symbiosis, competing and collaboration, supply chain innovation network performance are. But the variable of taking and feedback had no significant impact on supply chain innovation network performance;(3) The resources heterogeneity of members heterogeneity is positively correlated with the coupling and the ability heterogeneity and ecological niche heterogeneity have no significant impact on the network coupling.Based on my results, respectively, to inhance the innovation performance, I put forward the corresponding policy recommendations at the enterprise level,the supply chain network level and the government level. Companies should enhance the independent innovation capability, enhance the differences of resources, enhance the ability to identify partners. In the supply chain innovation network, it should be introduced differentiation, foster member companies differentiated capabilities, coupled with the promotion of the symbiotic network.For the government,it should to bulid public service platform, develop the intermediary organizations and provide financial and policy support for the supply chain innovation network.
