A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The New Rural Cooperative Medical System In Yangzhou City

A complete new rural cooperative medical system plays an important role in driving stable urban development, ensuring citizens’physical fitness and building a new socialist countryside in Yangzhou City. Problems such as the absence of health protection awareness, the shortage of health resources, the lack of reasonable legal basis as well as unsound supervision system and compensation system still exist in current rural areas of Yangzhou City. To solve the above problems, it is essential to make a detailed analysis of the operation of new rural cooperative medical system and its status quo in this city, thus finding approaches for sustainable and stable progression of new rural cooperative medical system in line with the present state of economic progress and citizen’s medical need in this city.This paper first presents relevant concepts and theories of new rural cooperative medical system and gives a brief introduction to the value appeal of new rural cooperative medical system as well as the basic principles to implement it.
