It is necessary to build newrural health care system in China It was necessary for rural residents, urban healthservice, and the building of steady and harmonious socio-economicDevelopment.The first chapter elaborates the research background and significance; Thesecond chapter is introduction of social security and rural medical security system; Thethird chapter introduces the evolutions of the rural medical system in China, and alsoanalyzes the formation and characteristics of the old rural medical system.
