In recent years, with the deepening of the medical reform in China, China’s pharmaceutical industry will continue to maintain the stable developing. The structural adjustment of the pharmaceutical enterprises will accelerate. Development of comprehensive pharmaceutical enterprise is go on to the super high speed road, and the competition will also be more intense. Under the background of the coexistence of opportunities and challenges, how to make full use of human resources, to maximize the performance of the staff, has become the most urgent task of human resource management in pharmaceutical enterprises. Employee training (or staff training), as one of the basic means of developing internal human resources, is irreplaceable in the market competition.CY Company is the largest pharmaceutical commercial enterprise in CZ area. Its pharmaceutical distribution business covers the whole area. It has a high reputation in quality control management. This article’s research object is CY Company (including its headquarters and its subordinate, the RST pharmaceutical chain companies). I used the interview method and questionnaire method as the research methods. I also collected various information and data. The research has plenty of staff opinions feedback.With analyzing the feedback of questionnaire and the collected data, combined with the employee training related theory, we can find some main problems in training management of CY Company. For example, (2) Employee training and corporate strategic don’t have any conjunction; (2) Training needs analysis is missing; (3) Curriculum setting is unreasonable, as well as the teachers are not good enough. (4) Lack of efficient evaluation of the training effect. (5) Results of staff training can’t be used in proper ways; (6) Training institutions setting is not reasonable, and the professional level is low. CY Company should have changes and improvement in staff training. (1) Staff training should be adapted to the develop strategies of the company. (2) It needs to make an accurate analysis of the training needs of employees; (3) The training process should be improved; (4) Evaluate the results of training accurately; (5) Make sure that the training results can be used in proper ways; (6) Strengthen the function of HR Department and make sure the managers be professional; (7) Make a connection of staff training and career planning of every employee. So that the staff training can be an important means to improve the company’s management level, so that its business performance may be better.
