| The quality of the human resources is important for the Modern enterprise,staffs learning and training is the main way to improve the quality of the enterprise human resources.Many companies are committed to combining with working practice,set up good training system to improve staff quality.YJ company is a famous department store retail companies,the main business is sales of shoes.Since the 1990 s,the growth of the department store industry speeds up.At the same time,the quality of employees and enterprise development seriously out of sync.With the advent of the knowledge economy era,the retail industry more competitive,profit margins become smaller.In order to improve enterprise competitiveness,YJ company is committed to optimize its own human resources training system,strengthen staff training,improve the staff overall quality for industry competition.Taking YJ company staff training management as the research object,through to the research of the YJ company personnel structure,and analyzes the current status of training management,combining with questionnaire of YJ company staff,the current situation and problems of YJ company were analyzed and summarized in this paper.At the same time,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),to studies the determinants of YJ company training management,the great significance of the results is obtained,the main factors influencing the YJ company training management of training instructors,staff development,training courses,training system,training evaluation,training implementation.Extension from the six factors out of the 22 factors,research indicates that the sub factors affecting YJ company staff training management mainly are personal development,lecturer,lecturer teaching style management ability,course time,position,etc.In addition,compared with McDonald’s training and YJ company training.Aimed at the main problems,in this paper,the problems related to rationalization proposals and measures are put forward,such as:training system should be established in order to strengthen the training needs analysis;Build system of training instructors,training internal training lecturer,encourage the staff participation,increase staff incentives,strengthen the management of training instructors,etc.;Establish and perfect training system,set up corresponding training courses for different departments;Improve the training evaluation mechanism,do good habits to evaluate,and to strengthen the construction of individual ability development. |
