With the progress of society and the development of technology,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Scientific and effective training can maintain the core competitive advantage of enterprises.More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the training of internal employees,build the employee training system with professional theory and development perspective,and constantly optimize the employee training system in the process of practice.To optimize the employee training system,we need to,on the basis of accurate analysis of training needs,combine the existing problems in the existing employee training system,define the objectives and principles of optimizing the employee training system,and develop solutions to the key problems of the employee training system,such as "how to optimize the key subsystems" and "how to implement the implementation".It is of great theoretical and practical significance to give full play to the key role of training,and to study the optimization design of enterprise employee training system with the purpose of improving employees’ professional skills and working efficiency.QH Pharmaceutical Company is a pharmaceutical enterprise producing Chinese patent medicines in Northeast China.In response to the call of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,QH Pharmaceutical Company has carried out nearly three years of state-owned enterprise system reform.During this period,senior leaders put more energy and resources into job competition,negotiation and adjustment of labor relations and other work,ignoring training for a long time,so that QH Pharmaceutical Company’s staff training work,whether in the development of training courses or the construction of internal trainers Training effect evaluation and other aspects cannot meet the development needs of current enterprises.This paper takes QH Pharmaceutical Company as the research object,under the guidance of social learning theory,Koch’s four level evaluation model theory,learning organization theory,and ADDIE curriculum development model theory,and through the summary of relevant theoretical literature and research results at home and abroad,analyzes the survey results of QH Pharmaceutical Company’s training courses,internal trainers,training effect evaluation and indicators,We found the problems that occurred in the operation of the staff training system of QH Pharmaceutical Company.The interview method was used to analyze the factors influencing the optimization of the staff training system in the training course system,internal trainer management system,training effect evaluation and indicator system of QH Pharmaceutical Company.Finally,the optimization design scheme was put forward in the training course system,internal trainer management system,training effect evaluation and indicator system,and the guarantee measures were put forward from the three aspects of organization,system,human and material resources and information resources,Finally,it will achieve the goal of optimizing the design of the staff training system of QH Pharmaceutical Company.The optimized training system design scheme provides feasible guidance for the development of the training system of QH Pharmaceutical Company,it is of great significance to the development and improvement of market competitiveness of QH Pharmaceutical Company.
