’Made in China’is famous all over the word.It is famous because a lot of goods are built in China.In fact,China manufacturing is not strong enough comparing with the other advanced country.Due to lack of core competence,China does not gain more benefit from’Made in China’.In the recent years,with the global economy connection,each Corporation is facing more challenges during completion.As an low cost,high efficiency management method,lean production is introduced and implemented in more and more companies.This paper take M production line of S company as an example,illustrates how to identify and eliminate waste,improve the efficiency by using lean related theory and method.Lean production theory system,tools usually used and related documents are illustrated in this paper.M production line operation is the main topics in this paper.Base on current data collection,wastes in the M production line are identified,such as waiting,too many work in process unbalanced production rate.Per the actual situation,clear goals are defined at the beginning of this paper.Single minute exchange die (SMED) is well applied to increase the throughput of bottleneck process.ESRC (simply,combine, rearrange and eliminate) are used to optimize the production line balance rate.After the two optimization method mentioned above,layout is rearranged to decrease inventory in the production line.Then,this paper shows the lean group,phases to implement the improvement and also the resource to support the change.At last,the possible benefit is analyzed,which will be backup materials for strategy management.
