Research On Safety Production Risk Management In Company J

In the process of production and operation, the enterprise faces many risks,including the risk of enterprise safety production. Especially in recent years, the continuous occurrence of safety accidents to the enterprise itself and the surrounding people has brought great economic damage, life and mental damage, and even has affected the stability of the society. These have prompted the national organization and business management personnel who began to pay more attention to the safety of production risk identification, assessment and prevention and other management work. Production safety has become a top priority for sustainable development of enterprises in our country. Company J is a company engaged in the manufacture of paper-making enterprises, and is one of the traditional industry in our country; its division of labor is complex and production process is various, the working environment is poor, so it also faces many difficulties and problems of the production safety. All the signs indicate that the company still exists risks in the management of safety production, and there is still much room for improvement in the work.Taking company’s safety production risk system as the research object, this paper adopts the method of literature research, combing and summarizing the research status of domestic and foreign research and risk management related theory knowledge. Next this paper preliminary understands the status of company’s safety production risk management, including the company’s basic situation, accident statistics, rules and regulations, safety production organization system and operation management. Then to obtain first-hand information through the questionnaire survey, the data analysis results determined the company’s current safety production risk management, the main problems and causes. And then establish the company safety production risk index system. This paper will use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate it based on Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index. Finally according to the situation, this paper will provide countermeasures and suggestions to company’s safety production risk assessment system, and will put forward security measures from for aspects including people, culture, organization and safety investment.
