As a high risk of special industries,the production safety of electric power industry is not only involves the industry itself,but also related to social stability and other electricity industry,it concerns national economy and people's livelihood.At present,the study of risk management in Chinais still in its infancy,which leads to the imperfect study in risk analysis and management of electric power enterprise production safety;Therefore,it is crucial for modern electric power enterprises to combine with related foreign advanced management experience,to strengthen the risk management of safety in production and establish a more perfect risk management system;Meanwhile,it is also objective demand for the power industry to adapt to the market,promote national basic construction and national economic development.Firstly this article reviewed the relevant theories research of risking management and electric power enterprise production safety risk management at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts and research scope in the study of this article.Secondly,using the combination of literature study and expert interview to includes that risk factors mainly including low people's awareness,illegal operation,labor management mistakes,crossover operation management chaos,equipment failure,serious component aging and so on more than 20 kinds,and on the basis of this form questionnaire,to conduct detailed investigation;Using Delphi method and manufacturing process method to research risk identification and risk analysis of electric power enterprises production safety,the electric power production safety risk is divided into five big classes covering technical risk,management risk,economic risk,environment risk and other risks,and set up the electric power enterprise production safety risk assessment index system;Then,combining AHP and FCE,through ahp quantitative evaluation index,calculate the weight of each risk factors and indicators,and then build the electric power enterprise risk assessment model,and determines the key risk factors: technical risk,management risk,environment risk;Using the risk assessment model to conduct empirical studies of some electric power enterprise in Jiangsu,and concluded that the enterprise risk level of ten years ago as "higher risk",and level of after ten years as "lower risk",which is consistent with the actual situation.Finally,this article putsforward corresponding risk control measures,and expects to provide reference for the establishment of norm system of our country's electric power industry safety production by combining with the research results and the successful experience of the power plant,and further improve risk management's level of our country's electric power production safety.This study adopts AHP and FCE,build the risk assessment model of electric power enterprise safety in production;Using to conduct empirical studies of some electric power enterprise in Jiangsu,through the comparative evaluation about the risk level of the power station between ten years ago and ten years later,verify the risk assessment model has better maneuverability and rationality,emphasizes the importance of people management,work environment,equipment,technology factors in electric power enterprises' s production safety.
