With the development and perfection of the research of positive psychology in ourcountry,psychological capital has become a popular research topic,research methods of psychologicalcapital also gradually mature,the research involved extensive coverage.But to study the psychologicalcapital as an antecedent variables,the organizational commitment as the mediator of psychological capitaland organizational citizenship behavior,occupation wellbeing,turnover intention,study the psychologicalcontract as the moderating variables of psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior arestill very rare.Psychological capital,organizational commitment,psychological contract,occupation wellbeingall belong to the positive psychological resources,their development can promote the development ofpotential employees,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of staff,creat a good,harmonious organizationatmophere,so the research on the mechanism of action between them is very necessary.This paper choose Shanghai,Nanjing,Suzhou,Zhengzhou and other places of knowledge workersas subjects,use the method of literature analysis and question survey to study on the relationship amongvariables.In the first stage,test the reliability of the questionnaire,in the second stage,analysis the deferencebetween psychological capital on demographic variables,in the third stage,explore the mediating effect oforganizational commitment in the psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior,in thefourth stage, explore the mediating effect of organizational commitment in the psychological capital andoccupation wellbeing,in the fifth stage, explore the mediating effect of organizational commitment in thepsychological capital and turnover intention, in the sixth stage, explore the regulatory effect ofpsychological contract in the psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior, in the seventh stage,discuss the research rusults,get the final conclusion and propose reserch prospect.
