State owned enterprises can survive in numerous financial turmoil, and in the wave of market economy can continue to get results, with the development of state-owned enterprises have a close contact, which, the reform and innovation is to make the state-owned enterprises to obtain long-term development of inexhaustible power. The reform and innovation of state-owned enterprises is a huge system engineering, which is widely used in the process of reform and innovation. It is not denied that the state-owned enterprise has achieved good results. In the market economy, the state-owned enterprises are very complicated, especially in the state-owned enterprises, but also cannot ignore the problems of current state-owned enterprises. It is well known that the scientific and rational use of employee incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees in the state-owned enterprises, so that the labor enthusiasm of employees can be converted into labor rate, so that the state-owned enterprises can increase the intangible development capital,and then in the fierce competition market economy.Although there are some problems in the application of the incentive mechanism of the state-owned enterprise employees, but it has a huge significance for the development of the state-owned enterprises, the staff incentive idea itself has many advantages, the development of state-owned enterprises must continue to play its due role. Therefore, this paper is to study the problems and problems in the application of employee motivation in state-owned enterprises,find out the problems in the practical use of the employee incentive mechanism, and propose solutions to the problems of state-owned enterprisesm, so that the state-owned enterprises can continue to develop more rapidly in the context of reform and development, to achieve more long-term development.
