A Study On The Path Of Economic Development In CIS Countries

The current critical period in deepening reform in our country, we face many problems in the development process, such as the development of unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable problems, scientific and technological innovation ability issues, irrational industrial structure, resource and environmental constraints exacerbate problems. In order to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and deepening reform and opening comprehensive goals, the eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China clearly put forward the major task to speed up the transformation of the pattern of economic development. In the development process, learning the successful and frustrated experience of other countries, is great help to the development of our country.Many domestic experts and scholars to strengthen the study of Chinese transformation of economic development, but regard the focus placed on developed countries and regions,but for the CIS countries which is geographically close and with the economic transition period is not enough systematic research.This paper attempts to expound the connotation of basic path of economic development, as well as measure the transformation of economic development mode,analyzes the current situation of economic development in the CIS countries after the financial crisis, points out that the imbalance of economic structure of CIS countries,demand structure present consumption and import and export growth faster and fixed assets deformities form of slow growth; the proportion of the tertiary industry in the industrial structure is too low; the structure elements feature high utilization of resources,lack of innovation in education and other elements used. According to the article structure deformity, extensive growth mode and economic growth quality fragile of the CIS countries, has seriously hampered the economic development mode transformation. The root of the problem has both historical factors, resource endowment, economic transition,globalization of economic, globalization of science and technology, and so on various factors, which determines the CIS countries transformation of the pattern of economic development has the characteristics of systematic, strategic and difficulty.CIS countries on the transformation of economic development carried out to explorethe many aspects, the basic path is the institutional reform, optimize the industrial structure, ownership structure optimization and the development of technological innovation, and innovation is the fundamental path for the transformation of the pattern of economic development. CIS countries from the industrial innovation, enterprise innovation, adhere to rely on talent development strategy and subregional economic integration and other aspects of efforts to build a new core competitiveness, stimulate dynamism and vitality, and promote the smooth transformation of economic development mode.
