Research On Transition And Support For Independent Innovation Of China's Economic Development Style

Since reform and opening up, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements, the economy of scale nearly obtained over ten-fold growth; GDP. and per-capita GDP grew at an average annual growth rate of 9.8% and 8.5%. But China's economic development is relied on the strong tradition of high input, high consumption and high capital accumulation. The current economic growth has triggered a series of economic and social problems, and brought high threat of the national economy sustained and stable growth. For example: economic fluctuations in the frequent, low economic productivity, irrational economic structure, the increasing employment conflicts, shortages of resource and energy, gradually expanding gap between rich and poor, exacerbated by environmental pollution, ecological destruction, etc. This shows that the quantitative type of our country economy development has come to an end.This thesis firstly on the basic of theoretical research, summed up the economic development of the macro-and micro-forming mechanism, the former including factor inputs and the efficiency to use the factor, and the latter including economic growth, economic structure, economic efficiency, resource utilization and environmental protection methods, scientific and technological progress and knowledge and people's living standards and methods; put forward that the transition of the economic development' style should transform from the quantity-based economic development, from expansion to scale efficiency type, from high-cost to low-cost, and resources and investment-driven to innovation-driven change in the pattern of economic development, and summed up the fundamental factors that impacted on the transition of economic development style was innovation. Secondly, this thesis, adopting methods of statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, a combination of general and special and analysis of the history and logic combination, based on the connotation of economic development and the micro-forming mechanism, analyzed that current situation of China's economic development were that the economy has maintained steady growth in high-speed, economic operation quality and efficiency continues to improve, economic operation quality and efficiency has continued to improve, the economic structure has optimized constantly, scientific and technological strength has enhanced, and people's living standards has improved continuously; analyzed that the main problem of economic development is volume-based, relying on the investment scale and resources to promote economic development and high cost-performance, which specifically performed in that economic growth was Extensive and unstable , the economic structure and economic development was imbalanced, economic development driven by high consumption and low output, and economic development caused resources depletion and ecological damage; and summarized that the innovation, particularly Independent innovation has hampered China's economic development changes. Finally, this thesis, using the theory related to development economics theory and innovation, combining with the way our country's economic development and socio-economic system, proposed that relationship between the independent innovation and the transition of the way the economic development' style was quite close, suggested five proposals to build our country's economic development changes in the way of independent innovation support, which including strengthening of the system of independent innovation, optimizing in favor of independent innovation in science and technology resources, the implementation of tax incentives for independent innovation and financial policies, vigorously cultivating innovative talents, strengthening the capability of independent innovation, strengthening the culture of innovation .
