The Analysis Of China Capacity Cooperation With Commonwealth Of Independent States And Mongolia

After global financial crisis,because of low home and abroad market demand,excess production capacity of China is arising,the economy is heading to the New Normal.In the context of the globalization,regional capacity cooperation is becoming a new way of international ecomomic cooperation,will be the core of regional economic integration.The Belt and Road was put forward under such a background.The strategy is aiming at promoting wider,higher and deeper cooperation among countries along the line.China,Russia and Mongolia are neighbors geographically,they have strong complementary in economic structure to each othe.Economic and trade cooperation developed rapidly in recent years.As the Eurassian Economic Union officially launched,economic integration of Commonwealth of Independent States(CIS)will transfer to comprehensive development-oriented economy.This paper selected Russia,Kazakhstan,Ukraine,Belarus,Moldova,Armenia,Azerbaijan and Mongolia as countries which China may cooperate with.And then the paper analyzed how China develops capacity cooperation with such countries as China in the construction of The Belt and Road.Based on the data downloaded in the UN Comtrade databese and World Bank database,the paper calculated each country's commodity supply-demand structure and GVC indicator in the perspective of HS2007 chapter category.Then this paper concluded the fields that China can develop cooperations with CIS and Mongolia.
