At present, the development of the Vehicle-use lubricant industry has gradually shown a prosperous development trend, but with the opening of China’s foreign Vehicle-use lubricant imports, a large number of international Vehicle-use lubricant giants into China’s market, increase the Vehicle-use lubricant ’s market competition. Domestic Vehicle-use lubricant companies face the rising cost of human, raw material price increases, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, must realize the focus from the low cost leadership strategy to channel management, unique distribution channels design is an important part of enterprise core competitiveness, through the continuous optimization of the distribution channels, to gradually improve the market competitiveness.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background of the current Vehicle-use lubricant market, distribution channel, and the significance of the paper. Secondly, according to the research object and related theories, the paper summarizes the basic theory of distribution channels, and analyzes the meaning and main content of the distribution channels, and discusses the design process of the target, the principle and the design process. Third, the car used lubricating oil industry pest and five forces model analysis, respectively analyzes a company’s external macro environment and industry environment, pointed out that the current car industry present situation of lubricating oil. Based on the present situation of the industry, the basic situation of A company is summarized, the market position of SOWT company is analyzed, and the competitive advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of A company are recognized, and the development status of A company car is summarized. Fourth, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of A company’s A, points out the main problems in the distribution channel, distribution channel design, and the main problems. The main problems include the product distribution channel design pattern cannot meet the needs of the market, not to establish a reasonable channel management. Finally, according to the present situation and problem analysis of A company’s vehicle, this paper puts forward the strategy of A company’s product distribution channel, distribution channel design, competition strategy, distribution channel mode design, distribution channel, logistics management system design, management information system design and so on.In short, the paper will study the theoretical research and empirical research, the paper discusses the basic strategy of A company’s Vehicle-use lubricant distribution channels, a more comprehensive analysis of the environment and the competitiveness of the distribution channels, so as to design the distribution channel model and put forward the specific implementation of the application, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance.
