With the deep reform of state-owned enterprises, the management system of state-owned enterprises in vehicle charging is gradually improved and perfected.However, most of these enterprises are lack of systematically research about the incentive mechanism of junior staff. Although great effort has been made in the development strategy, organizational structure, etc., little attention has been paid to personnel placement, salary distribution, career planning and cultural construction,which greatly weaken junior staff’s working enthusiasm, operating potential and work efficiency.Charging technicians are the most basic parts of the human resource in PT Company.They are the guarantee of the rapid development of these enterprises, directly affecting their operation services. It can be said that excellent behavior of charging technicians in PT Company is the key factor that contributes to the safe production and safe operation, an important foundation that provides high quality service and a crucial prerequisite that achieves the operation and management goal. Therefore, to study the incentive mechanism of charging technicians in PT Company is of great significance for the future development of new energy automobile enterprises.The rapid development of PT Company relies on charging technicians’ sustained effort. On the other hand, the incentive mechanism of this company hardly motivates technicians. This paper surveys the incentive factors and incentive satisfaction of charging technicians in PT Company by questionnaire. Combined with interviews of technicians, the author analyzes the incentive mechanism and the incentive status in this company. Besides, the author also points out the problems and deficiencies existing in some aspects, such as salary system, performance appraisal system,personal development system, etc. In addition, according to practical operation status and charging technicians’ characteristics in PT Company, the author proposes highlytargeted improvements about incentive mechanism for charging technicians, hoping which could provide reference for the improvement of incentive mechanism of new energy automobile enterprises.
