China 's Food Security Problems From The Perspective Of Security Governance And Countermeasures

At present,there are many problems that influence the stability of food security in China,such as the backward food security concept,the imperfect food security system,the unsound food security management,as well as the unsustainable food supply and the changing structure of food demand.As one of the non-traditional security issues and facing the changing environment, many new ideas about food security are taken. One of them is safety management, including the comprehensive security concept,the effective operation of the rule system and the importance of sustainable development, which can help us to deal with food security problems.Through the analysis of the development and change of the food security problem in China,the article would like to explore corresponding methods on food security in China fromthe point of view of safety management. We should establish the new food security outlook, build up the sound mechanism of food security, pay attention to modernizing agriculture, concern about food quality and safety and ensure the stabilization of the food price, thus a national, regional and personal system of food security system will establish in the future, then the relationship between food security and agricultural production, farmers’ interests, market circulation system and social development will be better. In addition, food security should be consistent with the holistic view of national security and the sustainable security, promoting food safety management system and modernization of governance capacity, ensuring the effective management of food security problems.
