Food is the necessity for human beings’life. On account of it, thesafety of food is a common concern for all the human beings in the world.In recent years, the problems of Melamine, Sudan and illegal cooking oilhave burst out, which has made people focus on the urgent issue. Theseillegal issues have triggered people’s deep thought on it. This articlemainly discusses the supervision on the food management system from thepoint of public relation. The core purpose and goal of it is to ensurethe security of food by improving and perfecting the supervision on thefood security process.This article starts with the discussion of the theories of foodsecurity supervision. The objective is to research and study the essenceand the elements of food security supervision. Meanwhile, it arrangesand concludes the development history Chinese food security supervisionand points out the defects of this process.[The article analyzes the Ccity’s current situation, problems and reasons for this phenomenon tofind out the weakness and shortcomings in common. Despite them, it alsolearns some beneficial supervised experience from some developedcountries, such as the USA, Japan, and European Unions, which aims toutilize the public equity theory, government supervision theory andcountry management theory to present the countermeasures on perfectingfood security supervision. The concrete measure consists of establishingthe united and efficient food security supervision institutions anddrafting out the rules, the laws and the standard system of food security.Also, it comprises improving the efficiency of management and encouragingthe third party to be involved in the crucial process, includingsupporting their establishment and development. The final purpose is toimprove and promote the management level of supervision in food industry.There are six chapters included in this article. Firstly, the introduction part introduces the background, significance and theliterature reviews related to the theme, which reveals the foothold ofthe research and present the items and methods of the research. And thenis to introduce basement of local food security supervision theories. Nextis the development of food security supervision and some comprehensivesupervision behaviors. The forth part uses C city as a sample to studythe problems within the local food supervision and analysis the possiblereasons. Fifth, it is turn to study the advance management experience offoreign food security supervision that could be learned and applied.Finally, according to the food security supervision of C city, presentthe measures that could be taken to perfect the food security supervision.
