In the era of knowledge economy, human capital of enterprise plays a more and more important role in the production and operation of enterprises, grasping high knowledge and high skilled employees is even more so. Human capital has become the first factor of enterprise production which also determines the enterprise’s core competitiveness, and the increasing importance of human capital makes more and more companies pay attention to people’s influencing role, which promotes the development of the enterprise. In the high-tech enterprise, innovation is the key to the core competitiveness of enterprises, continuous innovation enable enterprises to achieve lasting momentum. But how the human capital in the enterprise to promote the innovation of enterprises is a problem in human resources management of enterprise at the present stage.The human capital can be divided into general human capital and idiosyncratic human capital, and the idiosyncratic human capital can be divided into three types of skills, the R&D and management of high-tech enterprise. Idiosyncratic human capital is the source of enterprise innovation, and enterprise innovation is the results of the investment to the enterprise human capital. Through the study on the related literature, this article summarizes influence of the enterprise’s idiosyncratic human capital on technological innovation, organization innovation and management innovation, and then puts forward the skills, research and management type human capital on technological innovation, management innovation and organization innovation effect hypothesis, and researches hypothesis effect on the organizational innovation of the enterprise technology innovation and management innovation, to build a theoretical model of enterprise heterogeneous human capital on enterprise innovation.This study mainly used the form of questionnaire to collect data, using SPSS21.0 for data analysis, through the correlation analysis and regression analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) The enterprise’s idiosyncratic human capital can produce positive effect on enterprise innovation, and the three dimensions of idiosyncratic human capital have a positive impact on business innovation.(2) The enterprise’s idiosyncratic human capital had a positive effect on the three dimensions of enterprise innovation.(3) Skilled human capital had a positive impact on technological innovation and organizational innovation of enterprises, but the impact on management innovation is not significant.(4) The R&D human capital had a positive impact on technological innovation, management innovation and organizational innovation.(5)The management human capital had a positive impact on management innovation and organizational innovation, but the effect on technology innovation is not significant.Based on the above conclusions, combined with the review of relevant literature, this study proposed a series of countermeasures suggestion about how the heterogeneous human capital of enterprise promotes enterprise innovation, both in the field of theory or in the practice field have made some contribution.
