With the development and extensive application of information technology and Internet in management field,the enterprises are faceing many complex and severe challenges.The organizational innovation is inevitable to the enterprises for gainning competitive advantage.According to the? dual-core model ?,organizational innovation is divided into management innovation and technological innovation.What's more,the technological innovation also includes product innovation and process innovation.With the continuous practice of organizational innovation in the enterprise,the academia has begun to pay attention to the theoretical research of organizational innovation.Organizational innovation has gradually become the research hotspot in management field.Chinese and foreign scholars' s reseach involve a wide range of organizational innovation,which includes the following directions: concept definition,measurement,incentives,motivation and obstacles(influencing factors),process and mechanism,the risk of success or failure,the relationship between other innovation types,technological innovation or management innovation,and the impact on organizational performance.However,the current research rarely uses the empirical research to analyze the research hotspots and trends of organizational innovation to carry out comprehensive and objective analysis.The evolution of research focusing on organizational innovation is lack of induction,and the research frontier of organizational innovation is lack of combing and forecasting.The research method is simple,and the results don't show intuitively.Therefore,this paper will analyze the knowledge structure of organizational innovation through the analysis of a large number of literatures and the use of measurement methods to sort out the research hotspots and frontiers.This article will use bibliometrics method,visual map method and text analysis method.This paper makes a explanation about the research hotspot and the knowledge base of the organizational innovation by drawing the knowledge maps,to improve the development of organizational innovation.At the same time,it is convenient for the scholars to understand the history track intuitively and concisely.Combined with the Chinese unique cultural background,this paper makes a preliminary prediction about the future research trend of organizational innovation.It is found that there are the following differences in the research of organizational innovation between China and abroad: First,the research on the organizational innovation of foreign focuses on the performance,and the research and development in the field of organizational innovation focuses on theorizing and model construction.Started relatively late and the relevant domestic research of organizational innovation,mainly tend to be imported from abroad,learning and absorbing the mature the particularity of the innovation theory and combining the application of the enterprise practice in China.Second,the research frontier of foreign organizational innovation also involve extensive themes,update,change frequency faster,and domestic research front organizational innovation is stable,mainly is the study of policy and system.It is worth noting that more and more common new topics have emerged in the field of organizational innovation in recent years.The changes in the frontiers of organizational innovation at home and abroad are inextricably linked with the economic and political background of the world and countries.Thirdly,the highly cited authors in the field of foreign organization innovation mainly concentrated in the 1980 s and 1990 s,showing that this period is a brilliant era of foreign organizational innovation research.Among them,represented by Teece D J,Cohen W M and others.However,most of the high-yield authors in the field of Chinese organizational innovation focus on the early 20 th century and the early 21 st century.At this time,the research has been developing rapidly in China,with the most representative of Bi Kexin,Dang Xinghua,Chen Jin and Su Jingqin.Fourthly,the research of foreign organizational innovation is developing earlier,mainly from the aspects of empirical research,theoretical construction,application development and so on.The key point is to draw lessons from the successful or failed experience,to construct the theoretical system,to promote development.The research of foreign organizational innovation embodies the process of "selective introduction-imitation study-practical application-research localization-application promotion-theory".Through the comparative analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,the demandt of enterprise developmen is common first driving force at home and abroad,because of the different internal and external environment of different enterprises in different countries and regions,there are differences in the needs of enterprise development,so the enterprise development needs differences,so that Chinese and foreign organizational innovation research,cutting edge and knowledge base differences.Second,the research of Chinese organizational innovation is no longer blindly imitated,but exploring and cooperating with foreign scholars,the development of organizational innovation field tends to be consistent.Third,Chinese scholars study more abroad research on the organizational innovation field.The foreign research results of organizational innovation have played an important leading role in the development of Chinese organizational innovation,which is an important theoretical basis for the research of organizational innovation in China.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the research of domestic organizational innovation.The possible innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in the following two aspects: In the research view,this paper put the whole organization innovation field into the scope of the study to explore the overall development of organizational innovation research,but most research is based on single object.In the research conclusions,based on the study of organizational innovation at home and abroad,this paper tries to find out the differences and reasons for the research of organizational innovation,and putting forward some suggestions for the development of the innovation field in our country.
