In a new round of industrial transfer, the developed country transfers a lot of traditional industries that have remarkable competition advantage in the past, mainly manufacturing industries to the developing countries progressively. And speaking from the rule of economic development, the whole ability and level of the manufacturing industry will determine the economic strength, national defence strength, overall national strength and the competition and cooperative ability of the global integration process among countries. It is the most important for maintaining economic growth. It is a foundation for developing service trade of one country too.Because of China being in the accelerating industrialized period at present, the development of the manufacturing industry is particularly important. We must set up one complicated, diversified system of manufacturing industry in order to promote national economic growth. Among them the most important thing is that accelerates the conversion of the structure of manufacturing industry.
