Chinese Private Enterprises Listed Overseas, The Mode And Location Choice

Chinese enterprises go public abroad and have experienced a long march marked by four peaks : manufacturing industry, basic facilities, red-chip stock and internet stock. Ever since 2002, the private enterprises with core competing ability are the leading force of the fifth wave of enterprise going public abroad.In this thesis, the author studied the methods of enterprises appreciate abroad and studied the characters of the methods and sites of enterprises going public abroad, and the successful cases are also analyzed and compared, especially the author compared and analyzed cases from the enterprises successfully going public abroad vertically and crosswise, and the author gave suggestions to for different enterprises need to go public in the site and method. Thus the readers can have a clear acknowledge about the enterprise going public abroad, and enterprises which are going public can get some instructions about going public.In the first chapter, the background of this thesis is introduced, and relative conception is clearly described;In the second chapter, on the basis of Chinese private enterprises going public in the stock market of America, Singapore, Hong Kong, focused on analyzing the advantages of the foreign stock markets compare with domestic stock market;In the third chapter, the author mainly reviewed the institutions change of the enterprises going public in oversea stock market, especially the change of the supervision department's attitude about private enterprises going public;In the fourth chapter, the methods of going public are analyzed. And the advantages , shortcomings and different characters of enterprises going public directly and indirectly;The fifth chapter is the main point of this thesis, and is also the innovational point. Methods and sites of more one hundreds of private enterprises are compared and analyzed, the differences of the methods and sites of different enterprises are analyzed;In the last part, the sixth chapter, the author gave suggestions about the methods and sites for private enterprises willing to go public about the method and site selecting.Enterprise going public abroad is a complex and systems engineering. In this thesis, the author think that it is very difficult and over absolutely for enterprises to find a most suitable method to go public abroad. So the method can not be chosen freely without carefully considering. In fact, only according to the industry character developing strategy , conditions and environment can enterprises make correct choice, and further more, the enterprises who want to go public should also consider the entering conditions of different stock markets and the advantages and shortcomings of different methods.
