Income Distribution Gap Situation, Causes And Countermeasures

Since China initiated the reformative and open—door policies, the national economy has been developing consistently. At the same time when the comprehensive national power has been strengthened and the living standards of the citizens and peasants both in the rural and suburban areas have risen on a large scale, there have been a series of changes in the field of income distribution. In theory, as the setup of the former distribution system hasbeen broken down, the income system has altered foundamentally, the conventional theory of income distribution of the residents is sternly challenged. In practice, what is more important is that the income differentials among social members are becoming larger, the contradiction on distribution turns to be prominent gradually. How to adopt a correct attitude to treat and tackle these problems is concerned with the social stability and consistent economic development, which has essential theoretical and practical significance. Consequently, this paper chooses to study on the issue of the residents' income distribution and the distribution differentials as a subject.
