In recent years, the national universities are increasing their enrolling scale, which enables more and more young people to enter universities to realize their dreams.However, it still can't meet the demands of the strong desire of seeking knowledge for those students.In this case, some people who have a deep love for education open non-public school after applying and being ratified.Hence, non-public schools develop at a fast rate. They make up for the defects of national education and solve the problem that a lot of people have no chances to go to the universities, which contributes a lot to national education cause. Some non-public schools have large scales as well as good softwares and hardwares. Teachers and students can have a large room to improve themselves. Therefore, these schools atract many top students to study here and also many excellent teachers and management staff are appealed to come to realize their personal value.This can not only promote the development of our education,but also have practical sense and a far-reaching influence on raise our national education level,improve people's quality, and increase the possibilities of reemployment. In order to improve more non-public schools to make them better and contribute more to national education, the author visited a lot of non-public schools.For example, Beijing Ji Li University.Beijing Technology Vocational School, Beijing Technology Management School,Beijing Foreign Affairs Research School, etc. The author takes Beijing Technology Vocational School as an example. The research mainly includes: The organization of the school,the set-up of posts, the recruit and distribution of staff, performance check,salary, the training of the staff, the labor relationship and school culture,etc.
