Heze City, The Background Of The Management Of The Forestry Industry Analysis And Strategy

The study was guided by sustainable development theory and focused on strategy of forestry industrialization in Heze,Shandong. Some new strategies & ideas on system meshanism, technological service, management of forest resources cultivation and utilization were put forward in order to serve for puickening forestry industrialization, structural optimization and sustainable development. Forestry industrialization initiated earlier in Heze, Shandong, and the foundation was rather better. Recently raising eco-economical and social benefits was focused on forestry industrialization with measures such as ownership system reform and management mechanism innovation. Thus obvious achievement had been reached. Right now china has joint WTO, opporunity and challenge both exists for forestry industrialization development in Heze. It is necessary to speed up forestry industrialization, as it is demanded by productivity progress, building welfare society, constructing ecological urban area and agricultural economy structural optimization. In this process five principles must be followed: marketing, benefit sharing, organization innovation, scientific & technological system innovation and keeping promise. In order to push for forestry industrialization and perform structural optimization, realize sustainable development of forestry in the city as well, such works must be done such as deepening reform, perfecting policy, enhancing science & technical research, raising economic profits, reinforcing forest land & forest resources mananement, preventing from illogical deforestation, intensifying administration, raising wood processing level, conducting assorted management and guidance, promoting tree and forest resources growth.
