Corporate Transactions Behavior The Ethical Analysis And Countermeasures

Trading and transaction are the key links of companies' manage mental behaviors, they are of the company to adapt to the outside manage mental circumstances, and the approach to achieve the manage mental goals. Companies realize the source distribution and rearrangement of the profits through trading and transactions, the efficiency of the transaction directly determines the developing of the company. Transactions and trading of companies are economical behaviors and at the same time moral behaviors, only when they follow the ethic and moral requirements can they reach the stage of mutual benefit and mutual trust through the progress from benefiting itself to benefiting others. At the present stage, there are ethics flaw happening between the trading and transaction of companies in our country. The paper tries to probe into the root of the inappropriate transacting behaviors of companies', and seek the practical counter measures for the healthy development of companies' trading behaviors . Thus we propose that from the microscopic level, company should establish the idea of observing the laws and perfect the contract trading and credit behavior; from the macroscopic level, government should transform its functions, standardizing its behavior, control trading through ethic measures, and establish and perfect the rules and regulations to restrain inappropriate behaviors of companies' and to ensure their appropriate behaviors, hence truly protect companies' real benefits. Measures listed above have educational, guiding, encouraging and standardizing functions to transactions of companies, the measures also serve as theoretical guideline and monitoring means to help the healthy development of the trading behaviors between companies.
