The project evaluation is a technology and economic assessment work that is based on feasibility study of project. According to national policy,legislation,method and parameter, relevant departments must conduct all-sided analytic probation on its necessity,condition of building and production and the demand of market-place from the angle of national economy and societal. At the same time, relevant departments must take engineering technique, financial benefit and economic effect into accounts. The work is the important basis for investors and creditors and governments to invest. In this evaluation system, evaluation of the financial benefit is one of the most technologically advanced evaluation task. It is also the important part of the project evaluation system and the most visualized means for amount evaluation that is used to judge the financial feasibility of the projects.The main aim of the article is to discussion the use practical use of financial benefit analysis in project evaluation, to study and analysis the early work of financial evaluation of the silver-mansion project of Inner Mongolia Qiankun Group, and to develop the original evaluation system on the basis of the established ways.From analyzing the financial data of silver-mansion project, the article concludes with no feasible finance evaluation for project by composing the basic statements of financial benefit analysis, by calculating and analyzing the financial benefit target with uncertain analysis and extensive analysis.
