The Deng Agriculture Thought

Since the reform and opening, China has made splendid achievements. As the chief architect of china's socialist reform and opening drive, Deng Xiaoping made peculiar contributions to china's agricultural and rural developments. Today, Den's agricultural thoughts are still realistic guidance in the process of our deep-going airal reform, which confront significant strategic change. The author presents four parts in this paper to set forth Den's agricultural thoughts.The first part analyses the conditions and the process of the formation of Deng's agricultural thoughts. Among the conditions, the changes of international and domestic situation are the basis of times, history and practice for his thoughts, Then the paper discusses the developing process of Deng's agricultural thoughts and expounds the course of how the thoughts formed, enriched, and even developed.The second part analyses the basic contents of Deng's agricultural thoughts. Deng thinks we should pay more attention to agriculture and put it in the first place. His main ideas aim to speed up Chinese agricultural modernization with scientific support and by arousing the peasant enthusiasm. Besides, he points out the agricultural developing direction.The third part discusses the showing feature of Den's agricultural thoughts among the process of foundation and practice.The last part discusses the characteristics and significance of Deng's agricultural thoughts.
