It also promises the enforcement of new model that analyzing from whole sides. The new model makes full use of favorable policy of Shanghai Wai Gao Qiao free trade zone, and promise VSCN enjoy drawback incoming of VAT on the position of Viewsonic monitor made in china.The high efficiency of logistics chain depends on perfect linking of each sector in the chain, so the running of new design Port-logistics model also relyon the support of Third-Party logistics system, Transportation system and Warehouse system. The paper expound the designing of Third-Party logistics system since chartering or not, how to charter, the co-operation among third party logistics, VSCN and vendor. The paper also expound the designing of Transportation and Warehouse system since the warehouse quantity and location designing, how to charter, and the management of warehouse and transportation. Then we get a new integrated port-logistics model.At last, the paper contrast current port-logistics model with new one from the sides of economic performance, logistics cost, process speed, and further verify the efficiency of new model. And the design of new model is development, the new model should change along with inside and outside environment variation of VSCN, then the new model will adapt to VSCN development, and become "the third profit source".
