Research On Vendor Selection And Assignment Problems Of Port Logistics

In recent years,China's rapid growth in port throughput at an average annual rate of 16.5%,total port cargo throughput,container throughput remains first in the world.Although China's "Marine Silk Road" along the port cargo handling bureau were active,but still conceal the downturn in global trade,shipping industry overcapacity situation.Future port throughput cannot just rely on to win,but also to give full consideration to locate the port,the port to take the initiative to adjust the business model,business model,in order to adapt to the global trade development needs.Logistics Service Supply Chain as a new supply chain to ensure product supply chain operations,its construction and operational issues deserve the attention of port enterprises.Customer-facing professional,diverse logistics needs,evaluate how to choose the port logistics service providers and task allocation is a key issue which should be concerned.Based on the research at home and abroad,we analyze the theory of port logistics service supply chain,including the concept of port logistics supply chain services,content and characteristics.Logistics service providers in the evaluation and selection of research,given the logistics service provider selection process and selection methods,to establish a logistics service supplier evaluation system,including the current ratio,debt ratio,ROE,net profit growth,service efficiency,service level,corporate reputation,corporate culture 8 indicators.Taking into account the logistics service provider selection problem,this paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on data envelopment analysis,using examples to discuss the validation of the model.Port logistics services in the operational phase of the supply chain,logistics service providers discussed the task allocation problem.The basic flow of logistics service providers tasking.To serve the lowest total cost,shortest service,supplier satisfaction maximum punishment lowest cost as the goal to establish a multi-objective programming model,and gives the model solution method,using examples to verificate validity of the model.
