During the few past years, small-medium private enterprises had made a rapid progress in China, they have benefited a lot to the economic development and stability of society. At the same time, they were facing a lot of serious problems in fierce market competition, especially in human resource management.With the coming of the epoch of globalization economy, the scope of competitions occurring among the enterprises are getting expands increasingly, effective management to human resource has been considered a vital approach for the enterprises to acquire the predominance.It is generally believed that the human resource management is one of complicated variables, it is a key factor to the enterprises goal of development, and performance management is the core of modem human resource management. The best way to carry out performance management is to build a set of effective performance evaluation system, which is an important basis to human resource decision and runs through the whole human resource management of enterprise, including recruiting, training, payment, promotion and employee's development. As a modern management means , an effective performance evaluation system can help enterprise achieve their goals and continuous development.After study the employee appraisal system comprehensively, combining with the two research methods of theory and practice, guided by the related theory, the thesis summarized the weaknesses of the employee appraisal system of company FINCOM, and put forward another appraisal scheme for it.
