Factors And Project Performance Study Of The Relationship Of The Maturity Of Software Development Projects

As Information Technology's development and Software Industry's maturity day after day, software development inclined to production of size, criterion and industry. Different kinds of Project Maturity Models for enhancing performances of software development were broadly exploited and used factually. Since the Nation pay more emphasize on software industry and international development mode becomes more standardization, how to accelerate the joint of the method and maturity of the two so to enhance quality of software products and efficiency of the organization turn into hotspot nowadays.Based on the former study of project management, the paper looked back different software development maturity models. Through literature summarization, the author completed full-scale summing-up of software development maturity factors. On this foundation, integrated the enterprise research, supplemented and perfected the above factors to 47 covering technology, organization and personnel. At the same time, separated the software development performance estimation indexes into quality, satisfaction, knowledge, controlling and effect index. Recurring to large-scale questionnaire research, applied SPSS statistic instrument consisted of gene analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the relationship between maturity factors and performance indexes and the discussed the results. Which indicated close connections between the two and different maturity factors affected the project performance by extent.Finally, the author concluded the research results and made suggestions for the enterprises to enhance the software development project maturity.
