Risk Analysis And Control Of Large-scale Construction Projects

Today, in china, with the fast development econogy and the rapid pace of modern construction projects, the number of big construction projects becomes more and more large. All of these bring about the rising investment and prolongation of construction projects. And there are more potential possibilities for a construction process to be out of control. So it seems more and more significant, to take risk management in big construction project.From the view of owner, this paper in focused on the risk evaluation in bidd- ing process, construction process and casting insurance or claiming for compensation in big construction projects . Discuss the synthetically evaluation methods of risk. The paper discusses the risk identification, the risk eval- uation and the risk control and management especially.Firstly, introduce the status in quo and developing direction of risk analysis, introduce the research meaning and raise of research content and technical method. , introduce risk , risk management , risk and risk management of big construction projects. Next chapter , the risk analysis and management of big construction projects, is on its foundat ion.Then in this paper, based on the study of various methods calculating the risk occurrence probability, a new method TAA method was obtained, which was the combination of improved TOPSIS method, ARP method and ANN. This new method was used into the invest risk analysis of Jingshilu project and calculation were carried out on the related invest risk occurrence probability caused by all kinds of risk factors. Considering diferent losing degree of investment risk derived from various kinds ofrisk factors. It could be concluded that there exists some risks during implementing the Jingshilu project which shouldn't be ignored and needed furthercontrol and manage bydepartment in charge of this project.At last, the paper expatiates the specific measures aiming at the risk control of big construction projects. In the paper, the management of risk loss> the self remain of risk, the obviation of risk, the transfer of risk and the using of risk are emphasized.
