Research For Logistics Management Model Based On Electronic-commerce

Recently, In pace with the development of knowledge economy and the construction of information expressway, E-commerce activity has already been a tendency and grows up rapidly on Internet. E-commerce involves different fields and trades so fastly that links up enterprises, orgnizations, governments and people. E-commerce has changed traditional economic structure, at meanwhile, logistics also has been influenced. Up to date, the relationship between E-commerce and logistics is much closer than before.Firstly, E-commerce has efficent to logistics activities greatly. Under the E-commerce situation, logistics should adopt new developed tactics. On the other side, logistics' effect to E-commerce can't be overlook too. That's to say, without logistics, which is the base, E-commerce is just in vain. So, logistics basing on the E-commerce and it's management really need researching new fields .This dissertation falls into five chapters. To research some questions about logistics management basing on the E-commerce, I have analysed the relationship between E-commerce and logistics, introduced basic modern logistics theory and illustrated the details about the logistics pattern basing on the E-commerce, distribution management, information technology to analyse and design the E-commerce system.It ends up with the conclusion of the results in the previous study, andbased on the investigation and analysis of the logistics management basing on E-commerce in China, the suggestions of policies and strategies to establish logistics management system under the E-commerce suitable to China.
