Small Towns Of The Flow Of Commerce Logistics Infrastructure Facilities Planning Study

Since the 1990's, the importance of modern logistics industrydisplayed in the development of the national economy as well as theregional economy has received more and more attentions. In order torealize the reasonable layout of logistics infrastructure in the scopeof city and region ,and form an efficiently, unimpeded infrastructureservice system, more and more regions, provinces and cities have takenthe development of modern logistics industry and the formulation oflogistics programming as one of the most important agenda.The small town of the region is the main channel which links up thestream of people ,the flow of materials and flow of information betweencities and villages , its logistics infrastructure programming should beregarded as one of the important parts of the regional logisticsprogramming .Especially for the small business trade circulating town inthe position as a hub of communications, its logistics infrastructureconstruction and programming serves not only for the development of thesole town itself, but for the consummation of the whole regional logisticsinfrastructure system ,which not only can greatly enhance the status ofsmall town as a center of regional business trade economy and circulation,but also can make it be an important growth point of regional economy,and then directly impetus small cities and villages around to grow morequickly and healthy.The purpose of this article is to discuss how to build up a set oftheories and methods of the meaning about the town logisticsinfrastructure programming from the point of regional economicdevelopment, combined with the industry layout of the small business andtrade circulating town.Firstly, the article refers to some related theories of the Logistics,Logistics infrastructure, the Regional Economy and the Town Programming,and then analyzes the small business and trade circulating town's economydevelopment characteristic and its function of regional economydevelopment. In addition, after making some detailed analysis to thecharacteristic of business and trade industry, secondly-industry andtransport servicing industry, the article has discussed the industrylayout of the small business and trade circulating town and the functionof modern logistics industry to the small business and trade circulatingtown.Secondly, based on the small business and trade circulating town'seconomy development characteristic,the author had investigated on Yiwucity's economy, change of industrial structure , the present conditionand layout of the industry, the present condition of transportationinfrastructure , the present condition of logistics station facilitiesand its coming programming, and then had made some detailed analysis andevaluation to its logistics station facilities system.Finally, this article summarizes the logistics infrastructureprogramming steps and methods of the general small business andtrade-circulating town. This part is based on the research of typicalbusiness and trade circulating town of Yiwu city, and then suggests somefundamental principles and procedures on the general infrastructureprogramming of small business and trade circulating town, and itslogistics infrastructure layout consideration factors and the facilitiesgathering principle.
