Berson Advertising Decade The Development Of Problem Analysis And Recommendations

Private sector is an important part of economy because it is owned bypeople themselves.During China's development,private sector plays ancrucial role in the framework of the economy.Now ,many privately ownedenterprises are facing obstacles and opportunities on their way tofuture .How to eliminate the obstacles and realize the value is the mainpoint of the question of the private sector.In this thesis ,we make a research on a private owned enterprise namedBeijing bosen Advertising Agency.We analyse the condition of thiscompany,and point out it face four problems:(1)strategy is not clear;(2) theproblem of the owner'management thinking;(3)low of the basicadministration.On the base of the analyse,we conclude that there are four measures tosolve the problems:(1) rebuild the company's strategy;(2)reforming thebasic administration;(3)the future of China's small&medium enterprise. We think that private sector will play a more and more important roleduring China' s development.
