Study On Private-Owned Enterprise's Choice Of Development Strategies

Based on the analysis and research on the related references, the paper discussed the course of private-owned enterprises' development in our country and their contribution on national economy and then explored deeply on the distinguish problems, in which the internal ones involve shortage of capital and smaller scale; unreasoned organization and regulation of companies; lower technologies and talent shortage. The external ones involve restriction of traditional thoughts on the development of private-owned enterprises; difficulties of financing;disorder of market environment unconsummation of laws and regulations etc. It further concluded the countermeasures that private-owned enterprise should measure to make a continuous development, that is to create a satisfactory external environment though renewing notions; breaking up market discrimination; expanding investment; consummating legal environment. regulating the government behaviours on management perfecting system of social services. The paper advised that the private-owned enterprise should determine their own development strategies by strengthening regulations; enforcing labor resources management; putting forward enterprise' culture and setting up international strategies.
