Applied Research, Data Warehouse Technology In China's Housing Management

In recent years, our government has introduced the management information system forhousing management, which achieved good practical results. But these systems can onlymeet their daily routine tasks, such as query and aggregation. It can't provide ourgovernment with sufficient information for decision-making. The problem of "knowledgepoor" becomes more and more serious with the volume of data increased in the system.Data Warehouse, Data Mining and On-Line Analysis processing are hot technologiesemerging these years. Through data reorganizing and intelligent analysis, thesetechnologies could capture valuable information rapidly and accurately, which can be putinto use for decision-making and management. So the study on the technology of DW andrelated analysis will be very significant in both theory and practice to the development andutilization of housing information resource, and the management support anddecision-making in development and operation of housing management.In this paper, taking our country's housing market as the research subject, the author willanalyze and design from the government's viewpoint, and give some solution for ourcountry's housing modernization. It puts forward the DW solution for government'shousing management, and gives the idiographic analysis and designing model. It sets up themultidimensional data for housing DW, and gives suggestion on how to solve the problemswith it. It tries to make some improvements on frequency item set of association rules, andputs forward the solution of using constraint and multidimensional association rule forhousing DM, set up the DM model, and give the arithmetic description flow chart.
