Beijing's New Economic Development And Urban Economic Layout Study

In recent years, with fast development of the tertiary industry, emerge of the"Headquarts Economy", boom of the Hi-Tech industries and modern manufactureindustry, Beijing's economy has developed into a new era. Together with changes ineconomy are changes in city economic layout.Starting with a brief introduction of Beijing's new economy, the author then dealswith rules in city layout in modern times and discusses trend and characteristics ofcity layout. To further the research, the author tries to explain the motivation andnature of current city layout and its trend with economics rules. As last part of thesecond part the author studies data from four typical international cities as a referenceto Beijing.In the third part of the paper, the author goes on to look into current layout of Beijingand its trend in development. As the end, the author arises two critical issues that needto be dealt with and gives her suggestions on Beijing's industry development and thecorresponding layout of the city.
